Hello,

Today i have seen only one N/A on CEAC site under AOS. other two VI Fee and Vi application is still same paid and complated. can you please help, what this mean? it is CC or not? I havent got chance to call NVC today. I may call this evening.

If there is a n/a under affidavit of support fee, than yes you have a case complete..call NVC and confirm..congrats

Do you have an N/A on AOS fee? Notice not on AOS documents but fee. If yes that could definitely be a CC. Good luck.

yes, it is under AOS fee. there was paid yestarday.

So I have decided to call NVC and see if there is anything for me. One good thing for us all is that its official the review time now is 30 DAYS!! Well I don't have a CC yet but neither a checklist. The wait continues.

LOL!!..I'll be having my glass of wine on hand along with a box of puffs just in case..Honestly, my eyes cannot produce no more tears, I got a scan date for my checklist 04/17, hoping and praying it'll be reviewed soon

NVC is reviewing document really fast now. Just got email checklist for IV fee payment. My scan date was 4/8/2015.

Wow! Our scan date is 4/10/15 and we paid the IV fee only yesterday. I won't have time to fill the DS-260 until this weekend, I hope they won't try to review our case until next week... Oops! I really do not want a checklist. (Though I think we'll probably get one, since we did not have tax transcripts for 2014 due to not having filed yet - USC living abroad get an auto-extension till later in the summer.)

My Scan date was Jan 30. All fee & docs are sumitted to NVC.

We requested expedite and it is approved this Tuesday.

Could you please advice he following Questions:

what are the procedures,
Is there any way we can check the NVC about Date of sending package to consulate - India

How do I check it consulate receive the dos
Did consulate contact us
What is the email / phone# for Mumbai consulate - India
who is going to send a interview letter
How long it takes to get the interview date.

wow, so my case is under supervisor review because they werent generating IV fee... I was told today that it can take up to 42 days????

does that set aside normal review times?? and now I have to wait 42?

It really depends on their load. Our case was under supervisor review for 2.5 weeks and then CC. Hopefully yours will take less time because all you need is a IV fee generated.

Please advice

You can log onto CEAC and click on Check My Visa Application Status. When it says READY, it gives the date that the consulate received your package. After you get CC from NVC, you can call to find out if/when they've scheduled your interview (603) 334 - 0700 7am - midnight EST or wait for the email/letter in the mail - depending on how you signed up to receive notifications regarding your case. It can't really be determined when your interview will be scheduled and the NVC will tell you that as well. It's all up to how busy the consulate is and how many slots are open. Our case complete was 3/12/15 and our interview was set on 3/24/15 for May 18, 2015.
