Does it mean that I just have to sit and wait for that long before I can respond to NVC checklist? :(( Any way to avoid it?

I think you got the solution from friends here for cutting down on your wait time, it should work fine.

My AOS fee changed to NA and I called NVC to conform. I finally got a CC. Thank God. Good luck for everyone else who is waiting for a CC.

12/08/2014 TSC approved I-130.

12/12/2014 TSC shipped case to NVC.

12/19/2014 NVC received.

01/26/2015 Case # assigned and completed DS-261.

01/30/2015 Received AOS invoice and paid.

02/02/2015 Mailed AOS + IV packets

02/10/2015 Scan date for AOS + IV packets

03/23/2015 Received a checklist for AOS

03/27/2015 Mailed checklist response

03/30/2015 Checklist scan date

04/22/2015 Case completed at NVC

I don't know what's going on at nvc, but my scan date is 03/26. Its still showing no update or N/A either..

I am hoping for NO checklist....

It has been one week (7 days) since checklist info, but no e-mail, can somebody tell me how long it takes to receive checklist e-mail, In fact I'm stressed out
