Scan Dates & Case Completes (CC)

Congrats to everyone who are getting CCs!!

So I saw 3 N/As on Friday (4/17), so I called NVC and they confirmed it was CC. But last night I got checklist email for Indian Police Clearance Certificate (I had sent it already in the package I sent to NVC). So now I am confused like why am I getting checklist after CC. I am gonna call NVC to confirm, but do you guys think its false checklist?

I have been following this thread for last few days, and I couldn't resist myself to add that spreadsheet.

I have 2 scan date because I have sent 2 separate packages. I am not sure is it good or bad? However, my scan date is 03-25 and 03-26. I have seen almost everyone around that date got CC. So I called today, and asked NVC about my status. They told me that it will be 45 days from last email we have sent out. I am not sure what's going on?

My CC was 3/23. Received email on 3/30..Still waiting for interview date..Hoping we hear this week

I just received confirmation today - scan date was April 09/15.

Hello, fellow waiting gamers, I have a few burning questions some of you might hopefully be able to help me with. I'll keep it short and sweet.

1. Do my eyes see this right, the processing time went down from 60 days to about 30 days or even less??

2. Our scan date is 03/27. No checklist so far. There must have been a glitch in their system or something since we only got IV invoiced after having called them and have them approve the DS-261 on the phone. This means we could submit the DS-260 only on 04/19. Could this delay our case?? How long does it take them to work through the

DS-260? How is the processing of AOS/IV packages & DS-260 interlinked?

after getting a checklist requesting to specify why the petitioner didn't file taxes for 2013 (we have a joint sponsor), we mailed the AOS again and changed the mailing address of the petitioner (from Germany to the US), today we got an email from the NVC for the change in address

scan date is April 16th. That is crazy, (it means they review the documents in much less time than what we really think and see, or enter it in the system at least)

hopefully they wont ask for the 2014 taxes for the joint sponsor now (his AOS was accepted and nothing was wrong with it)

Seems like they are checklisting people for 2014 tax returns as now it past Apr 15th. Just send them the copy of federal extension that you must have filed and that should care of this checklist. That is what I did when I sent my docs.

BUNCH of bs if you ask me. I wonder if the people getting tagged are the ones who ONLY provided the most recent year (2013) instead of multiple years?
