Interview - April 15, 2015 6:15am Manila

Congratulation on your Visa approval. My wife interview is may 8th. Was the interview easy? did they ask a lot of questions? my wife is a little nervous about the interview. Is there some advice you can give?

Ask for 2014 federal return extension (Form 4868) that your co-sponsorer must have filed with IRS. You won't have to send any explanations if you send your co-sponsorer 2014 federal return extension copy to NVC.

Thank you for the advice, I am putting together my return package right now and including this form :)

Just a question, how did you get the expedite? We've tried once and it was flat out denied.

I-130 filed - Nov 2013

Recent SD - April 9

I hope the NVC keeps moving at this speed for everyone. I've been at this a long time and I've never gotten a review prior to the 60 plus days.

I-130 - Nov 2013

Recent SD - April 9

first time took 58 days and second time only 28 days... thats HALF THE TIME and TWICE the good news. :)
Congrats

Hi - Forgot to post a few days back, original SD was: 04/06/2015 and I received a civil documents checklist on 04/14/2015.

NVC said that we forgot to send in the PCC from Dubai, and it was defenitely sent by my attorney. Attorney re-sent the PCC on 04/14/2015 and I just got an e-mail with the new SD of: 04/17/2015.

Can you please update me on the spreadsheet?

1 thing to note is that they reviewed my documents in 9 days --> that's UNREAL!!

Hoping for a quick review!

Thanks

Just a question, how did you get the expedite? We've tried once and it was flat out denied.

... proved that it's the highest national interest to have me in the US asap.

First, convinced Washington DC.

Then, they requested an expeditious processing at NVC.

Then, the Embassy granted the permission.

And finally, NVC approved it.
