I so nervous about getting another check list scan date 3/25 and no changes on CEAC. :cry:

It shouldn't take more than two checklist :D It's gonna be a CC.

My Timeline (CR-1;Form I-130--Spousal):

2014-07-22: Filed Form I-130 for Spouse (Nebraska Service Center).

2014-07-28: Received Hard Copy NoA1.

2014-12-24: Approved by USCIS. Awaiting NoA2 in mail. (No RFE :dancing: )

2015-01-03: NoA2 arrived in mail.

2015-01-05: Sent to the Department of State for visa processing.

The worse part is that they are asking for 2014 tax returns that cannot be sent to them yet as my Co sponsor is waiting for his K1 letter...If you are an owner of a partnership, LLC, S-corp, or other entity that passes through taxes to its owners, in most cases you will receive a K-1 form each year...

Should I just send them my receipt letter along with an explanation?

Should I just send them my receipt letter along with an explanation?

Ask for 2014 federal return extension (Form 4868) that your co-sponsorer must have filed with IRS. You won't have to send any explanations if you send your co-sponsorer 2014 federal return extension copy to NVC.
