I'm not sure I'm fully understanding this thread. I recently had to resend something related to the AOS, got a scan date item received on April 9th. I'm hoping this is the last time they ask me for anything else and can finally get a case complete.

My filing date for my I-130 is Nov. 2013! I was really put at a disadvange from the get go in this as for some unexplained reason the USCIS took 9 months to accept and forward my petition to the NVC. And I'm not sure about everyone else here, but each time the NVC needs to review something I've sent they take over 60 days to do so. Driving me insane since other people seem to claim they get reviewed in less time.

I must say this was quicker that the last one (30days). So perhaps they are speeding up the process, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Does anyone have an idea how long they take to resolve checklists? Ours was a simple one, we missed page 9.

What I know is,

1 for the person sponsored on that form.

1 for yourself

1 for spouse

(Total is 3)

Do you have anyone else claimed on your taxes? If no leave the rest blanks or write 0.

Then for your spouse is basically;

1for the item # 1 (person sponsored on the form)

1 for yourself

Total is 2

Thank you CeeMu for your explanation, That was exactly what the NVC rep. told me about the spouse's form. Thanks also for child's explanation too. So can I use the cover sheet of the first CHECKLIST to send the updated AOS form before receiving their e-mail?

Prior to this most recent scan date of mine I also had a scan date of January 26. Then I got the dreaded checklist on April 1st. That review took 65 days according to my counting. So that means just fairly recently the review time, for me, was still above 60 days. And frankly, I've never had them get to me any earlier.

Thanks for the welcome. I've been lurking around for ages, just never joined the conversations. But this time I really want to compare my case review times with others.

BellaRosa_09, did you get checklist too? I think that latest I-864 Form. that is the one I'm also using to correct my AOS checklist.

EP too is speeding up... Paper will take you <28 days

1/26 - 4/1 = 65 days

I have added both of your scan dates...NVC started speeding up mid Feb and all cases with the SD of 3/1 should receive a review in under 35 days.

With that being said your CL (4/9) will get reviewed by no later than this time next month. Good luck

You may want to look at the trends graph...

I need your help friends,

NVC closed my mom case almost 2 weeks ago and still no e-mail to confirm that, and for my dad we received the e-mail because his case was 3 weeks before my mom.I don't understand why, plus we don't have interview date.

Also they told us that we have to change some information on i834 because we missed one part, so we have to change and came at the interview we change document.

In the part of Place of Birth where is the STATE/PROVIDENCE we didn't put anything because we don't have providence.City where I am born is Kumanovo, and Counrty is Macedonia, what should I put like State/Providence?

Thank you so much
