Just got off the phone with NVC..Instead of receiving great news I got devastation..

Rep told me i will be getting a Checklist soon..Missing marriage certificate, Missing beneficiary court records, and AOS Part 6 5. My current income annual is

This is total ********************.....I am more than positive i sent these in. I know i did, i checked before i sealed the package at FedEx more than 10 times. This is soooo heartbreaking. How am i going to explain this to my husband?..I am truly lost for words.

although its difficult to be positive....get all the info to them asap.....document in your cover letter all that you are sending......good things will come......we are all praying for you bellarose!!!

OMG !!!!. All the kids got through with 3 N/As each, but spouse's AOS affected us again on the number of the house hold size...Please help.

Saylin and others: How am I going to count my household size in sponsoring one child on my AOS form:

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

1-Yourself

2-If you are currently married enter"1" for your spouse

3-If you have dependent children, enter the number here

My question is Am I gonna enter the same child I'm sponsoring on that form?

So sorry BellaRose-I too had to call my husband to tell him the bad news when we were expecting good. This process really can beat you down but be encouraged that once you send in what they request-it shouldn't be too long-hopefully those 60 day days are all over. most of this is out of our control so just have to take lots of deep breaths and know it really will be over at some point in the "near" future

An FYI-I was told by the agent after I got a checklist for my husbands Birth cert that they simply didn't have it. I requested a supervisor review and although I was positive I sent the original and a copy, I overnighted a new copy. 3 weeks later they called to say it wasnt that they didnt have it but rather that it didnt have the proper seal from a notary public. So you might want to really verify what the issue is if you know you sent it (easy to say hard to do)

salyin does not follow this forum nor does she post here. I'm confused --you received a CL for the husband? I would recommend you post in the NVC thread and make sure you mention the AOS form # (EZ, W, plain 864, etc) as that makes it much easier for someone to help you OR start a new thread in vj forum.

@Nyala: Our visa category does not require accompanying children to be listed. So, Fill in the only 1 for your spouse and 1 for you. that is a household of 2. that's all

Thank you. I'm surprised they also questioned the signature on the AOS form, I knew I said it. he said the signature has be pen-pressed hard to appear.

CeeMu: What about the household size on my daughter's form? Should I fill 1 for my self, 1 for my spouse and 1 at #4? "If you have dependent children enter the number here"...Or I should just put 0 there?

ariani ,sorry I did not know that saylin is on different forum. My mistake was on the household size count. that's why I posted my question on Part 5 of the AOS form, so please explain how to calculate the numbers to get it right. Sponsoring my daughter on that form, what should I put for # 3 &4 of Part 5.....That's all I need. Thank you
