Yes we have to pay them before they enter the US.

The IV fee is for visa and you already paid, but after the visa issued you need to pay $165 USD. The fee covers the costs to process, produce and issue documents, such as your Green Card. If I'm correct this is the information I gathered. Good luck with the rest!!!

Your spouse won't receive the green card until the payment is accepted.

Called this morning and no progress to report. Asked to have a supervisor review.

This process is driving me nuts....and it's a short trip!

Other than that entry which says "DELETE THIS ENTRY", I don't see anything.

I'm hoping today NVC focused on reviewing docs only, and tomorrow they will enter the results in their system. Or maybe n/a's will start popping up in the next couple of hours.
