so that i have to wait till fill the DS-260 then move to next step by sending the documents by mail

do u know how many days after completed the agent form and paid the AOS i can fill ds-260 ?!?! almost 10 days completed the payemnt

Sam you need to keep calling them.. My whole process of filling out from DS-261 till sending out package took 26 days!! Keep calling...thats all i can say

what the best time to call them morning or night time ?!!

If you want to call in the morning the best time is 7am USA time. If not 7pm.

My husbands embassy said the same thing. "Plenty of openings here not sure what the hold up it. You would have to contact the NVC."When i told the NVC rep they just said "do you want me to request an expedite?" I am not getting a expedite for being impatient and wanting to know where my case stands lol

Avandongen, my expedite is approved and I am still waiting, but someone looked at my file today. My CEAC status is still 'Ready' but the update date is modified to today's date.

22.01.15 attorney: received my approval notice I-797 from USCIS

22.01.15 me: filed for police certificates from Department of Justice in three countries

05.02.15 USCIS: mailed the case to NVC

26.02.15 Departments of Justice: mailed police certificates to me

26.02.15 NVC: issued case number and invoice ID
26.02.15 me: paid IV fee
02.03.15 NVC: IV fee online status: paid
02.03.15 me: completed DS-260 form
02.03.15 me: mailed civil documents to NVC (DHL)
06.03.15 NVC: received my civil documents (DHL tracking), NVC scan date
10.03.15 NVC: confirmed the reception and scan date, informed about 60 days processing delay

10.03.15 me: completed medical exam and mailed it to the Consulate (DHL)

11.03.15 me: called the congressman office

16.03.15 congressman office: e-mailed an expedite request to NVC

Hey..if your scan date is Feb 17 then better u call NVC..you might need to go through supervisor review or something..It shouldn't take this long dear!! People with scan dates almost after month of yours have started getting CC..you dont have to wait any more for 60 days..NVC rep also says that now its 45 days..I believe you should call NVC as your 45 days wait is already over...all the best!!

Thanks, but I did call them twice, last week and the week before. Last week I was told case not reviewed, the week before I was told may be next week--which was actually last week. I realize recent cases are getting completed. I will call now and ask for supervisor review as adviced. Thank you.

Woo I just saw the third N/A!!!! ill have to wait until tonight to call to confirm but what a great thing to wake up to on Monday morning

Scan date 2/23

Last week I called on day 42 and the report told me to wait 45 days before expecting activity. On day 46 I called and they put me on supervisor review. And today is day 50 wowzah!!
