Hi we got our case complete on the second and got an email today. No interview date, dunno what theyre doing :(

I'm surprised we don't have our email yet then and no sign of interview yet either.

This process is very unpredictable. :(

Now that was only on MY case....... I sent the emails with paperwork for my two daughters on the same day and am still waiting on their Scan Date emails........

scan date jan 22, 2015.

Check list, April 7th, 2015

reason (attach a written explanation why the petitioner didn't file taxes in 2013) even though we wrote on the form that she is a full time student

waited 75 days for this silly ugly response :(

Called NVC again tdy. I got a checklist for Police Certificate. I honestly thought that you had to have an Interview Letter to obtain a Police Certificate in Jamaica. Now I'm going to have to wait for my husband to get it and then mail it to me through snail mail. I guess that's another long wait again.
