ariani, could you please add me:

New scan date: 6th April 2015 for a checklist received on 23rd March 2015.

Thanks!

Ps: corrected i-864 was sent on 26th march to the attention of supervisor pi as advised by supervisor Sylvia and was delivered on thr next day

11 days after I sent the package, they gave me the scan date. I no longer believe in what the supervisor said anymore.

:(

Scan date 2/23/15.....just got off the phone with NVC. I was told that my case is under supervisor review. It was put on review on 4/4/15. I hope I can have a CC soon. I'm just concern that all this time something may have gotten lost and then they are going to send me a checklist for their carelessness. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed. LoL

Update!!

After calling the nvc and the embassy like 7 times i ended up canceling the appointment... Turns out that the agents at the embassy didnt know what they were doing... When i spoke with the last agent she told me that since the embassy didnt have my packet yet the consul might deny my petition so i needed to call the nvc so when i called twice they said the same thing, i should wait and after they give me the interview date, i can check online and when the status change to ready then i can change the date to whatever i want.

I'm so sorry.. :(

Why were you checklisted?

My husband police certificate from panama which we can not get because you must go in person they do not mail them

OMG...Sorry about that. That hurts, after all this wait. What is your Scan Date?

Scan date was 3/11 so only 28 days which is good but now i have to wait longer?
