omgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg i got the 3 n/a's this morning.... i am sooo happy...

after 6 days on supervisor review... calling later to confirm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am soooooooooooooooo happy i cant believe this..

Just came across this site and I find it very helpful. I filed for my spouse and am very anxious. Good luck to you that have come to end of the wait period.

Below is my journey:

I130 Filed on 1/4/2014

REF 6/17/14

REF received 7/23/2014

NOA 2 on 11/26/2014

NVC received case 12/7/2014

Case number assigned 1/12/2015

AOS and IV package sent in one envelop on 2/12/2015

AOS and iv Package received 2/17/2015 (email)

Called today-told may be this week, is taking 60 days to review.

we share the same scan date....however I believe you will sail past me as you sent in your docs (i ep'd), either way....Good Luck!! ;)

I didn't think I was ever going to be able to post this....but I did! I just confirmed my Case Complete as of today!!! My scan date was February 11 and I filed electronically. I even got in there before (barely) my 60 days were up! haha What a relief! Good luck to everyone in their journey!

Does the DS-261 status change from completed to something else after it is reviewed?

mine was reviewed on Friday and still says completed...

Mine still remained the same..Completed...before and after so I don't think it changes.
