called this morning, scan date jan, 22nd, case been under SP review since mar 31st, nothing.

they keep lying to us saying call next week, call next week. We contacted the senators office and sent them all the papers 6 days ago, still nothing.

this is so frustrating and draining our energy, we'll just go feed the geese and the ducks by the lake lol

pray for us :)

Thanks dear! I received mail today but not sure whether thats case completion mail or not. As they have not clearly mentioned it. Please read my recent post and help me out whether same kind of e-mail is received by you also upon case completion?

Yes, this is the official case complete email. About 5 days later I called the NVC and asked if an interview had been scheduled and I got lucky and happened to call the same day it was scheduled so I knew the date prior to receiving the official interview letter (Packet 4) which I ended up receiving the next day I believe. There is no set time limit on when they schedule your interview. That is strictly up to the Embassy/Consulate and how busy they are, so don't be surprised if you don't get an interview date right away. Sometimes it's scheduled quickly and sometimes you have to wait so don't panic!

K1 filed - 6/8/11 // Interview @ Mumbai Consulate - 1/5/2012: Denied // USCIS final decision - 3/15/2013; administratively closed and free to file again without prejudice

Don't worry...My scan date is also 22 jan....case sent for supervisor review on 3 april...and waiting for good news soon and today Nvc guys are working i meant not on holiday...plz remain in contact for telling CC eachother...!!!

Just came across this site and I find it very helpful. I filed for my spouse and am very anxious. Good luck to you that have come to end of the wait period.

Called today-told may be this week, is taking 60 days to review.

Its been 3 weeks since my case was completed (03/21/15) and I still have not received an email confirmation or scheduled interview date. I will continue to have faith and keep checking back with NVC every other day.

Good to see at least the NVC process is speeding up, just wish that had happend a few months back.

Good luck to all this week, hope to see lots of CCs and scheduled interviews.
