DACA/DAPA or any other deferred will start rolling in soon enough. Result- it's going to take longer to pass first step, which soon after step 2 (NVC) will also become overwhelmed. If you look at immigration history you will realize that these processing times didn't increase over night.

So once that starts, Its going to start slowing things down once again, is that what you mean?

Are they trying to clean up before DACA/DAPA starts arriving?

I'm at work so I have to keep this short. USCIS will handle DAPA/DACA exclusively, hence, why they were trying to hire an addl 1000 employees. Although, NVC would not handle their cases the USCIS may neglect I-130 applications. Once they turned around and begin approving I-130 then the pent up files would overload NVC.
LONG story short... Immigration is a complex problem because no one cares.

ariani, great job!

Perhaps we want to add the columns to the table:

"visa category"

"date of Interview letter received"

Just a thought.

Perhaps more of us could edit the sheet. Can you make it public?

UPDATE!!

So i called in yesterday and i spoke to a nice rep, she explained that i was put under supervisor review on march 31, and she said that as of yesterday 04/02 she saw some activity, meaning that they touched my file, they sent a email down to the department that does the reviewing of the documents, asking them what is going on, so she guessed that by the middle of next week i should get a cc or a checklist, so!! to all my 02/23 sd's call in and demand for your documents to be reviewed by a supervisor and call every day/ i am calling today once again, just to make sure she wasn't lying.

i am tired of all of this #######.

and to all of today's CC, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY FOR YOU!!! CONGRATS

I'm your 2/23 scan date buddy, thanks for the advice! I remember other users saying supervisor review needs an additional 45 days, so I haven't mentioned it when I call nvc. It's interesting (not really, more like frustrating) when reps keep giving out different information. But I'm glad to hear you had good news from your phone call, and hoping that rep wasn't lying! I'll be giving another call when I'm off work tonight *fingers crossed*

I've been calling NVC for the past hour. I've gotten through 3 times without having to call over and over again, and put on hold, but each time, the line goes dead and my call is dropped. Is anyone else having a problem like this?

Yeah I had that problem Wednesday. It dropped about 3 or 4 times as well but I waited about 5 minutes then called again and waited until the end of the prompt each time to press the number and finally it didn't drop that time.
