Please help ,I am crying all morning, just I can't accept the fact that my case is from 01/22 and still nothing for my mom's case

Feeling so lost, I don't know what to do anymore

NVC is very slow with EP. Did you send your documents with email to NVC? There are other people waiting from January scan date also and you are not alone. Good luck!

my sweetie, there is nothing you can do if you have put in request for sup. review and/or got congressperson involved.

worrying is going to age you; give you mental and physical grief. chin up....you will defeat this process eventually but not speed it up.

you are a valuable person with many strengths and talents :yes: ..... don't let them go to waste by fretting over something you cannot change.

time to channel your energies on preparing your house for your parents, making special memoirs for their arrival! its spring, clean out those cobwebs, renew and refresh your abode, your mind and body.

hang in there...10 months of uscis h#ll was something i never want to relive. you can do.....

we are here for you :D

22.01.15 me: filed for police certificates from Department of Justice in three countries

05.02.15 USCIS: mailed the case to NVC

26.02.15 Departments of Justice: mailed police certificates to me

26.02.15 NVC: issued case number and invoice ID
26.02.15 me: paid IV fee
02.03.15 NVC: IV fee online status: paid
02.03.15 me: completed DS-260 form
02.03.15 me: mailed civil documents to NVC (DHL)

Scan date : 03/03

Sadly I recieved a checklist email today asking for visa fee payment, the IV bill was invoiced friday , paid saturday , but it was in process till this wednesday. They simply reviewed our documents before it shows paid :(

My scan date is 03/03 but we have just paid the IV bill on saturday 28/03 ( after a lot of waiting to be invoiced ) we filled the Ds260 today , I hope that it wont delay our case
