How are they working on 2/20 when people from 2/3 aren't complete and people from 3/1 are complete? Just take phone reps words with a grain of salt. They have no idea.

My scan date is 03/03 but we have just paid the IV bill on saturday 28/03 ( after a lot of waiting to be invoiced ) we filled the Ds260 today , I hope that it wont delay our case

I wich everybody the best of luck :)

No that will not delay your case. Reviewing of the documents is a separate process from paying the fees and filling out the DS-260 form.

Ariani,

not sure how you want to classify this - my husband's visa was expedited. The expedite was granted as my "checklist" was actually an error on the NVC's part. I called the NVC last night and they said my documents were sent to Naples, Italy to the Consulate. I also logged into CEAC and it says in the top, right hand corner - "Current processing site: Naples, Italy".

I don't know if this is technically a case closed or not?? I only have 2 N/As.

Faisalk....I find it amusing when I call NVC and the different answers I get. I never take them serious. I don't get upset either because getting upset does not get me a CC any faster. I know there is no order to what they do. Some employees at NVC are actually working while others are just sitting around collecting a paycheck. I guess our files are with the employee that's doing nothing. Just my opinion on this whole situation.

You received a false positive and they felt bad about it and are expediting (admin error) which means that SD 3/18 needs to be purged and 1/8 SD resulted in a CC.

FYi- The expedited part should be you receiving an interview sooner than other applicants.

By the way I know that NVC is quoting that reviews are around 2/20 but my better guess would be it's more in the 3/2 - 3/3 area.
