I completed in on behalf of my husband and then there was a place where it asked for information on the preparar. I just put myself there.

Congratulations everyone! Things started moving for some of us.

From the discussions above, I conclude that perhaps the more people on a petition at NVC (the more individuals' civil documents), the longer it may take NVC rep to review. For example, there is a petition of the family of four under the supervisor review, because the more junior rep may have felt too overwhelmed with the amount of documents. Just a speculation.

By the way, the supervisor review seems like a positive sign. Someone took care of it and ithe case is speeding up.

I am wondering how long it takes too..We get screwed over by being skipped..and now have to wait upto an additional 42 days? Shouldn't they process it that much faster because we are already delayed??

I know is crazy :( and my scan date is actually 2/23 i had a typo there...

I see your reasoning but I don't think we can speculate about ANYTHING at the NVC lol. For example my case is one applicant, one sponsor (petitioner), who has one employer, literally the simplest case you could get. Low risk country.

I think there is just simply human error and files get left out of the "review pile".

I am happy to say that we got CC today! I had dreamed of typing out "CC" as many times as the number of days our case was at NVC, but 263 "CC"s would clog up everyone's screens.

Thank you again for all of your support... this forum has been a godsend.

i agree also. if they wanted us to understand and know the system they would publish the process more specifically but because they don't they have all the liberty to keep us guessing and hanging. for example, help me understand why march scan dates are being cc'd while jan and feb sd's haven't heard a word yet are still in queue. i'll be flipping if april scan dates start getting cc prior to jan and feb sd's knowing something.
