Can someone help please, any suggestions or information is greatly appreciated..

My husband and I have been filling out the DS 260. As it is difficult for my husband to do the DS 260 because it is in English and he is only fluent in Spanish. Also because he does not have a computer to sign and complete the form,is it ok to log under the petitioner (which is I) sign and submit the form on his behalf. Should I log in as the applicant and sign? We have already submitted the AOS & IV package to NVC,our scan date was March 20th.

yes you can fill it out for him. I am the petitioner and I fill it out for my wife

just sign in as the petitioner and fill it out

Spoke to a nice NVC rep named Todd, he was kinda shocked/perplexed that our case had not been reviewed and then had to manually request that it be sent to his supervisor. I heard him typing it up on his keyboard.

I really wish I could have a tour of the NVC. He said it "shouldn't take too long but allow at least a week. It takes 2-3 days after she (supervisor) requests the transfer to get to her desk." The last part didn't really make sense to me but I guess if my file was just neglected I should be happy that it is going to move somewhere. Someone is going to touch it finally. Will continue praying for a favorable outcome. Glad I got Todd as my rep today he was helpful and took initiative. Grateful for that.

Received email notification today that our case is completed. :D

I did not call.

I did not receive 3 N/A's. (I just checked and there is still no 3 N/A's)

They used a former email inquiry of mine requesting status (from 30 days ago) as a reply-to message to inform me of case completed.

As Ariana noted last week, the NVC seems to be making progress on all fronts.

Thank God that u had such a nice rep.Praying for all of us. My case is the same under supervisor review , we will see till when.Probably some of the officers are slower then other, and that is the reason why our cases are left behind.

Please keep me update.

Hey vjers

Any may interviews scheduled for Montreal yet?

Hey! I saw someone got a May 20th interview last week so my bet is they are probably already close to scheduling June.
