Unfortunately I haven't had any luck with that and have called almost every day for the past 2 weeks. After I hit 60 days the speech changed from "it takes 60 days to review" to "it takes AT LEAST 60 days to review". I really don't think the reps have much information to share unless it is currently under review which pops up on their monitors.

So I don't blame them at all but I guess my concern now is that my file is lost somewhere, so I'm thinking maybe the congressman approaching them will at least force them to locate the file and bring to their attention I'm on day #67. Who knows! But calling the reps certainly isn't getting me anywhere. The lady I spoke with today even said "I don't know what date they are processing. They don't give us that info."

How many days u are waiting already, 67? But what they are saying?

Well just got off the phone with NVC. Case is still being reviewed. The same 60 days speech. I'm calling back tonight.

I have the same scan date as you. I'll try to start calling them tonight as well. Good luck with your phone calls!

You Guess, did you ask them why supervisor took the case? Please let me know what they told you after u call them

Last Wednesday when i called, they said its passed 60 days without review so if this happens it goes for a supervisor review and takes about 40-42 days.

I gently said its not even our fault if our case inst reviewed in 60 days and y r we getting punished more by adding up 40 days. Rep was like 'well, that is how it is'

Hi all, been absent from here for a while as I'm traveling at the moment. So four days after my CC I got a checklist saying I didn't have enough to make the poverty line. Frips got the same thing and it seems to be something automatically sent to those using assets only. I called to clarify today and was told that my case is waiting for an interview date and that my financial support and all the rest of my case were fine. But they recommend a joint sponsor because the CO may or may not accept the assets. So naturally that will have me biting my nails until the interview.

So, ariani, for the purpose of the spreadsheet it's a checklist but it's not. Kind of. If you'd like, make a note.

Just called now..only 9 minutes hold time! But no chicken dinner :( Now instead of the usual 60 days I am getting at least 45 days before we review your case. My scan date is Feb 3rd..it just seems like anyone that taking too long usually get stuck and don't hear anything well past 60 days :(

It's standard to receive a 2nd notice...your first review date is correct. If I was you I would monitor your case from NVC to make sure within 2-3 weeks it says in transit.
