1.) Do I need to include G 325A for me (I am petitioner on the K1 and we are married)

2.) Do I need to include passport style pics of myself if G 325A is not required?

While the I-485 does ask questions about you, the petition is for the the person wanting to become the green card holder. No you do not need to submit a 325A for yourself only for the person wanting to have a green card.....Hopes this helps. Good Luck... Oh and NO you don't need passport pictures of yourself, only the person wanting a green card.

Not needed for the USC petitioner/sponsor. It is only needed for the I-485 applicant. It states what it required in the form instructions and the guide here on VJ >http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Thanks I am using the guides on VJ. I let my wife fill out and assemble the AOS and I was double checking

My wife said she had a couple friends who recently filed AOS and they used a lawyer, and they both submitted G325A/passport photos for the beneficiary, which I thought was not needed.

From everything I have read here, it seems lawyers often give misinformation and ask for documentation that is not even required. I assume it is so they can charge to fill out and file those extra forms too.
