Last Name to be used in AOS forms?

Hello again,

We are now in the stage of reviewing our documents for our AOS before sending it to make sure we didn't miss anything

and to avoid delays. But the most important thing is to make sure what is the last name to be used.

What is the Last Name to be used in all forms? Can I use now to fill up with my Married Last Name?

I put my last name as my wife last name(married name) on all the documents I had fill out so far including the I-864. For the visa proccess
