Rescheduling IR1 Interview at Montreal Embassy

nice! were you able to get an earlier date or later one? I am trying to reschedule to an earlier one. Not sure if its worth it emailing the consular via their form

Were available dates close to your original date or months out? Also, did you have to cancel before re-scheduling?

I got my p4 on May 20 and I have registered the appoint but there is no calendar to re-schedule.

It might have been a glitch in their system but the first available one for me was a couple weeks after my original date.

I called the folks at Montreal again and I was told they changed their system in February; I've to wait until at least a day after the original appointment before I can re-schedule. I was told the calendar will show up after the appointment day had passed. It is a relief to know that new dates could show up in few weeks and not months as I've read about on the forum.

I was finally able to re-schedule after the original date had passed. The new date is about 4 weeks from the original date.
