Newbie here....Hi guys, I need your help for my problem. Here is my story I came here in k-1 visa got married within 90 days but problem is money was so tight so my husband wasn't able to file to adjust my status. It's been a little over 4 years now and hopefully we will do it soon next couple months. We really try hard to save money for that 4 years but everytime we had saved money unexpected medical problems happened that it needed us to used the money we had saved.Like I had 3 minor surgeries which costs us almost $2,000 every surgery. So my question is :

1. Am I still eligible to file my AOS after a little over 4 years?

2. My visa and passport were expired already and I don't know what to do about this (worried :( ) and I don't have any ID nor SSN (cry ;(

3. About my medical I have no question coz' I know I have to do this

Any comments and suggestions are highly appreciated! thank you guys

If you still married to your husband, I think you still can do the AOS. Maybe you should look the uscis site or contact them for more info. Hopefully now you will be able to get back on track. Good luck to you!
