We just got our appointment date a few weeks ago after a whole YEAR ... So we r writing our letter of intent . .. Who do we address it to .USCIS in Texas or the USCIS in Montreal where my interview is ??? It has been a LONG Journey for sure but glad it's almost over . ..My interview is 2 years to the day David proposed to me ?

An address is not required. If you choose to include it, then I would suggest the address of the embassy.

08/09/2020 -- NOA1 date

08/11/2020 -- NOA1 received in the mail

12/30/2020 -- Received notice online that an interview was scheduled

02/11/2021 -- Interview

Do we BOTH have to supply a letter of intent at my interview...should I also include our letters from friends that provided the Affadavits in support of our relationship as proof of our relationship ??

Yes from both is suggested.

Not required but won't hurt.
