It would be laughable if you weren't actually serious with considering that everyone gerts a piece of the judgement pie as to who is a good Christian, bad Christian, good muslim, bad muslim. Considering there are over 30 thousand interpretations of Christian theology and a whole lot of the same for islam.

It's those disagreements on theological fundamentals that's getting their panties in a wad in the first place.

Savages.

Feel the 'peace' yet?

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

I must have missed the recent Christian launched invasions and endorsement of torture. I'm bad.

Bush II said he was a Christian and most Americans identify as being Christians, so either they aren't very good Christians or their god does not have anything against leveling entire cities? Which is it?

So W went to war in the name of Christianity? I missed that too. Damn.

You didn't miss it, because I never said that. Nice try though.

God has had no qualms about destroying whole cities or nations. Now Jesus had a different slant.

Aren't they the same person, or are you Jewish?

God in the old testament was a vengeful god, in the new testament, the one Christians are supposed to believe in, god is a lot more forgiving. Speaking of the old testament, do you believe god endorsed slavery?

obviously there's a difference between killing in the name of a religion and killing in the name of uh everything else with religion as an afterthought. it's really crazy that no one disputes this obvious difference and yet that's the only aspect of ISIS anyone discusses.

Could you flesh that out a little more? There might be a good discussion in there somewhere, but I am not exactly sure where you want to go.

typical.

ISIS is evil on all levels. They happen to supposedly be followers of radical Islam, a religion that that most abhorr. Unfortunately, peaceful followers of Islam are being judged as guilty by association. But I think that is to be expected to some degree, especially in the US after September 11 and the aftermath. Cutting heads off of children doesn't do anything to help promote understanding to the non radical members.

that's my point, there isn't any good discussion in trying to determine if a particular religion is at fault here. and that's all that is being discussed. you can't fight a religion. so why is it all anyone can talk about.

i'm saying, everyone keeps stating the obvious. so isis is bad and they believe a bunch of bunk and they're taking advantage of people who believe similar bunk. i think that's been established. what's left to argue?

Let's talk about football. The Patriots won the Super Bowl. I got a bj for Valentines day. It's going to snow here again tonight, that should get us to 8 feet in about 3 weeks, plus it's going to be below zero again tonight.
