Great :) I'm waiting the Police certificate of my wife and then I'll send all package in one envelop and will not wait the IV invoice, or it might shows in these days

you can call the NVC before you mail it off to see if the NVC will invoice it over the phone for you. IF not I will send the packets off just use a AOS cover sheets for each packets. Each packets needs one, even thou it says AOS cover sheet you can use it for the IV packet also. The address will be on the AOS cover sheet to send the packets too.

I am also waiting on my IV fees to be invoice and my DS-260 to show up. I sent both of my packets in already,They was received by NVC Feb 10th so my 60 days started then.

maybe, maybe not it is only 60 days for them to review the documents, not to approve . if they find something missing. You will get a check list and the 60 day will start over again when they receive the missing documents

Only 60 days to review docs??? It s a lot for few papers anyway meaning as kmohaseb said in this case september october and november 2013 filers who can start to process in NVC stage ll not be end by april but Maybe May ...

Just wanted to make sure you mean 2 passport photos of your wife and not just any photos. That is what they are asking for. Also you do not have to wait until the IV fees has been invoice or the DS-260 been fill out to send the packets in. After you do the DS-261 choice of agent and pay the AOS fee you can download the AOS cover sheet which you need with NVC document checklist. You will need one AOS cover sheet for each packets send both packets separated in same envelope to the address on AOS cover sheet. It takes them 60 days to review documents while you are waiting you will have enough time to pay the IV fees and fill out the DS-260 form before the 60 days are done . You will save a lot of time doing it this way

I just called NVC today and told them about the issue that I am not able to pay IV fee. He said it is normal and would take week or two to review Choose An Agent.

My fee AOS shows as PAID

So I have to wait a week then I'll call to find out.
