Need help with hardship letter

I need to write a letter explaining how can my son be affected if his father is deported. The problem is that his father and I don't live together bottom line he spends time with his son when ever he can. He pays his child support when the IRS takes it from is tax return. He is in constant communication with my son. He has never gone to a doctor's appointment or to the school. I am not sure how to write this letter. My son is 12 yo he has ADHD/anxiety/ autism. How do I write this letter??????

Do you want to do this for dad or not? Seem he is not putting in a full 100,

You can pull from the computer topics by experts on the importance of a father

in a childs life, have dad sign an agreement to be at some of these doctors visits

school events , and more personal time with his son...not via the phone.

You can get your son medical records to show...have agreement notorized, if

dad cant do this and abide by it maybe he should go home because him staying

would not give his son quality time & access to a father/son healthy relationship

think hard about YOUR decision & don't make one you will regret if your son is

neglected....best wishes

Truly there's no specific "way" to write it.Have your son write a letter in his own words && then write yours as well,be honest.If he's a good father say that,emphasize that his son would be affected by his absence.

Jade if he needs the waiver for any DUI or crime your hardship letter have to

be strong and evidences presented on all arguments, he can get character references

and you can get info off the net as evidence to your sons condition to add to his medical

records, this is not a DIY thing if you don't know how to, he needs to have his atty instruct

you
