I don't think I have ever checked the status of my case the way I did when I received that message. The last message I received from NVC was to confirm they received my package and to wait at least 60 days. It is now close to the 60 day wait time so I decided to check status online instead of calling (hold time is too long). After seeing that message and people's

response my emotions are all over the place. Lol. I have not received a case complete email. It would be nice to receive a case complete email especially since our anniversary date is next month. I'm trying to remain calm through all of this.

I called NVC this morning. My case hasn't been reviewed. After checking threads on Visa Journey I realized I have made a mistake on the I-864 form because I didn't indicate if I'm in the military. I also submitted documents after December trying to front load the case. I confirmed with the representative at NVC they use the last scan date no matter what the document is. I'm going to correct the AOS and unfortunately start the 60 days over. Sigh....

My wife paid both fees online,d AOS first and it chainge to paind in d next 1 week bt IV still remain upaid to dis moment since december 2014

That should be able to be resolved by sending the bank statement or whatever confirmation you have to NVC. When the payment was withdrawn from my account the description for the $325.00 IV withdrawal fee was: IV Filing Fee DES: NVC Fee ID:

IV fees finaly updated after 2months on waiting.............thanks dhweel and queen yu guys ar too much.lOoking forward to my appointment,who is happy is me.

I finally have the 3rd N/A next to the Affidavit of Support fee. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday (Thursday). She told me she would have the case reviewed by the end of the week. It looks like she kept her word. I will call again tonight to confirm case complete

Just a heads up!!

When you sent your IV package on 1/6 did you receive an email stating to wait 60 days? You're 60 days would be from the date that your last package was scanned into their system.

Hi ariani i Just see this coment and i want to say that i never receive no mail or email from nvc. They receive My cases on march 16, on march 23 they assigned My invoice and case number, rigth after i finish the call with nvc, i sign in and do ds-261 and paid the aos. On the 30 i Send My two packages and they receive on the 31, April 2 i call and they told me they receive My documents and the Lady review My form, next day, April 3 about 9pm i was avaiable to pay the interview fee, and i paid at that moment. That payment shows in process from April 3 to April 8, April 8 at 9pm My payment go from in process to paid and i was avaiable to do the visa form ds-260. And from that date i dont receive anything from nvc
