Hello VisaJourney!

I have a question. Me and my fiance are on 42nd day after accepting by USCIS the respond on our RFE. It`s been a long time of waiting and I want to share this with you, so maybe someone can give us some advice. Or maybe some couple is going through this such long wait, as we do.

Thanx and sorry for my English, I am the beneficiary (not a native speaker).


NOA1 - March 10

RFE - June 9

NOA2 - July 28

Please fill in your timeline.

Don't know -when you sent the petition.

-When you got your noa1

-When you got the RFE.

-don't even know your service centre.

If you want information you need to give information.

Sending an RFE back is no indication that you case will be approved or declined anytime soon.

If you are still within average processing time then it's just a case of waiting.
