in 2013 My wife ( A green card holder ) filed a petition for me to join her in the US. In August 2014 I got a job offer and I moved to the US under an L1 Visa and on Feb 11 2015, I received an email from NVC confirming that they received my Application from USCIS, in the letter they provided :

NVC Case Number:

Invoice ID Number:

and the below steps to follow :

Step 1: Choose an agent

Step 2: Pay fees

Step 3: Submit visa application form

Step 4: Collect financial documents

Step 5: Collect supporting documents

Step 6: Submit documents to the NVC

the Local center is located in NH.

I understand that I have 2 options here either continue with Counselor Processing or file an adjustment of status .

Please can you guide me through the AOS process and whether it is a good idea to go for this option.

Thanks a lot appreciate you support .
