Filing I-129F tomorrow, Few final questions

Hi everyone, going to post just a few questions here and see if any of them can get answered!

1) I-129F is $340, my fiance has a child that I am including on the sheet, is there any additional fee to file for her at this stage in the game? I know later she must also go through the medical, pay a separate fee for applying to come etc etc, but in this original submission do I include anyhting other than the $340?

2) I have been supporting my fiance monthly by sending her moneygram payments. She doesn't have a passport so she asks me to send it to a male friend of hers, who collects it and gives it to her. Can I include moneygram transactions as showing that I am still supporting her or no since the money isn't being sent in her name even know she is the one ending up with the funds?

3 Once I submit I-129F tomorrow, it is very likely we will have her visa by December at the latest right?

4)For proof of being in person, I have photos of us, that I need to print at the local store, unfortunately they wont be dated as they are just coming off my iphone...I have a visa stamp showing entry into Uganda but it shows that I entered on august 1st, 2015, (should be august 1st 2014)...Is this going to be considered invalid? I also have some phone bills that show I have interntional calling plan now and I call uganda often...Anything else I can include? I do not have boarding pass but do have trip itinerary still, Unfortunately I met her while on a missionary trip so I don't really have receipts from hotels or anything like that since I stayed with an organization.

Thank you all to attempt helping me!

as far as I am aware the fee is per application. So I believe it is one amount.

2) I have been supporting my fiance monthly by sending her moneygram payments. She doesn't have a passport so she asks me to send it to a male friend of hers, who collects it and gives it to her. You are more than entitled to show support for your fiancé. But if you do this it is best to write a signed document from yourself stating why it isn't in her name.

I think personally it can look fishy sending a lot of money overseas to someone.

And I hope she is getting a passport soon.

3 Once I submit I-129F tomorrow, it is very likely we will have her visa by December at the latest right?

This depends on the service centre.

If it is California then yes there is a possible chance.

If it is Texas then I would probably say no chance.

But no one here can tell you how fast or slow your petition may be.

Unfortunately photos are shown as secondary evidence.

You need boarding passes, visa stamps, entry stamps.

That is a big problem that the only one you have is incorrect. It will be a problem as it shows a date that has not even happened yet. You should have got that fixed.

When printing the photos you can write the date and location on the back. It's good also if you show any famous landmarks in them.

Phone calls are good to include.

Text conversations are also important showing conversations of your life together etc.

Itinerarys are useless. Those do not prove you actually were together.

Do you skype? You could include screenshots of Skype calls.

Photographs with family members?.

One more question.....

I only have the short version of my Birth certifricate...it says instead of birth certifricate you can include all pages of your passport, what exactly does all pages mean? This is a brand new passport and it only has the uganda stams of entry exit and entry back into usa stamp....DO I really copy a ton of blank pages?

I thought Americans only had a very small version?

My husband did and we used that fine.

Hopefully someone else can answer that.

But if you chose the passport you have to photocopy every single page even if it is blank and send that.

It's to make sure nothing is missing that is bad basically, so they check the pages.

The exit date from Uganda is correct only the entry date is wrong, won't someone have the common sense to realize I went in 2014 or am I really screwed?

I'd say use it anyway.

Also write a signed statement saying that the date was wrong when you stamped in, if the exit is correct hopefully that should be fine because that shows you were there and when you left.

Hopefully the worse situation would them just not accepting that one piece of evidence.

Well that would be super bad because that pictures and a useless itinerary are really all I have putting me in Uganda with her

Chose strong pictures, loving pictures.

And try and have every one a different day so different outfits and locations.

Show them an array of photographs.

You can make this petition strong with a few pieces of evidence, just use what you have to your advantage with written signed statements explaining others.

As long as you know you are genuine do not stress and worry over this.

Title says it all, my fiance in Uganda signed her G-325A, and letter of intention in blue ink. Everything else was typed into the computer in black...The paper does say use black ink...something as simple as this will it be a problem?

That is ok, it isnt ve a big problem.

I signed my intent to marry in blue , and i didnt have problem.

I have sern people who get rfe because they signed with black pen and the person who was working the petition though that was a photocopy.

Sometimes black pen looks like photocopy and people get rfe for that reason.

So after having all the forms complete and filled out, did you guys staple them all together and put them in just like a big envelope? did you punch holes in them and place them in a binder? How should one go about the presentation of the documents literally meaning how do i send them?
