Yes that's perfectly fine, just remember send originals to the beneficiary just invade they want to see them at the interview.

You only need one from each other you with a wet signature.

You can send one from both of you if you want to.

Letrer of intent is one for you and other for your fiance.

Dont send one for both, avoid confusion.

Maybe the person dont see the others letters and only see tge one signed by both and think that you did wrong , and send rfe for that.

Do be safe and send 2 letters, one you and one your fiance.
