Who has experienced for not having their medical result? Only the cd and vaccinne sheet? What are the possible reason why they are the one who will forward it to embassy thanks a lot :)

Same for us. SLEC is the one to forward the envelope to the USEM if there are sputum tests or perhaps other things.

That's no problem. It only takes SLEC a day or two to deliver the envelope to the USEM.

Currently they are using two different methods for the delivery of the medical; you will hand carry or they will send. If they send it's not a big deal. If you carry it is also not a big deal. So don't worry it will get there safely.

It's the policy of the USEM, not the decision of SLEC. Our medical was not a clean sweep, so SLEC told us they would courier the envelope to the USEM.

We asked SLEC if we could hand carry our envelope to the USEM. SLEC said they would give us the envelope, but no because it is the policy of the USEM. It all has to do with whether there are issues or no issues during the medical exam.

Ahh ok coz most of the people i met on that day got their brown sealed envelope i hope theres nothing wrong on my medical

You received your vaccination record and cd, so your medical is complete :). You must have had an issue during the exam like a history of something or additional tests, such as sputum. If you did not have any issues then SLEC should have given you the envelope. I called SLEC to confirm they couriered my fiancee's medical to the USEM. You can call SLEC and they should tell you the day that they delivered your medical to the USEM.

The USEM most likely received your envelope from SLEC by jan28.

It is the policy of USEM, everything is dictated by USEM this I agree with, BUT... it IS the decision of SLEC whether to hand carry the medical records or not. This from the embassy instructions letter:

SLMCEC will release the medical exam results directly to the applicants unless instructed otherwise by the Panel Physician. Applicants are required to bring the sealed medical report to their scheduled interview at the U.S. Embassy Manila. Tampered pouches will not be accepted in the interview and applicants will be instructed to return the pouch to SLMCEC for reseal.
