Hey guys I can't believe it - we just got our NAO2 today by mail and email notification! We only filed like 3 weeks ago!

So what happens now - how long does it take from here on in (by other people's experience)??

I looked at the time lines and I am figuring on 3 months max - but we have learned in the past not to count our chickens!

We're so excited!

One step closer everyday!

NAO1 Received 30th Jan 07

NAO2 Received 7th Feb 07

US Embassy Interview Date June 1st 2007 London, England

K1 Visa Received 3rd June 07

Entered America 18th June

Married August 4th woo hoo!

Applied for Change of Status 28th August 07

Received NOA moneys received 28th September 07

Biometrics Appointment October 13th 07

Work Permit Received November 1st 07

NOA - application moved to California office for processing! Dec 14th 07

NOA - Received Letter welcoming me to the USA - Dec 21st 07

Permanent Residence Approved! Greencard to arrive in 3 weeks!

Green card arrives! December 31st 2007

we don't help vermont filers, lol just kidding, next is NVC maybe a month there then on to your consolate and packet 3. check out the guides they are very helpful, especialy the flow chart

6-26-08 NOA2 for I-129F and I-130

6-25-08 Congressional Expediting Approved

6-23-08 Return to Vietnam for visit

4-30-08 NOA1 I-130

4-17-08 NOA1 I-129F

4-10-08 I-129F mailed

3-26-08 Married in Vietnam

Good luck with the next steps, which include NVC, medical exam and Packet 3, interview at Consulate.

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

Congrats!! Great to see a quick one from Vermont where I will be filing in March! Toward that end, please do us a favor and complete your timeline! It helps others to calculate how much time you'll need. From what I've seen with UK filers it is approximately 3 months to get to the interview after the London cosulate reveives your file.
