Hi...I got an email from nvc on feb 18 2015 asking me to pay my fees.. my pd is 2nd dec 2013..

Congrats Cp9.

This is encouraging and I believe I will soon get my on email to forge ahead.

my pd is December 9, 2013.

12/09/2013 - Priority Date

02/09/2014 - RFE

03/02/2014 - Response to RFE

03/05/2014 - Received RFE

03/11/2014 - NOA2 - Approved

03/28/2014 - NVC Received my case

04/23/2014 - Received Case No and IIN via mail

02/26/2015 - Received email to pay AOS

03/04/2015 - AOS Paid

03/06/2015 - DS261 submitted

03/13/2015 - Financial Documents and Civil documents sent to NVC

03/16/2015 - NVC Received

03/16/2015 - NVC Scan Date

03/19/2015 - NVC sent confirmation via email

03/20/2015 - Ds260 completed and submitted :)

04/13/2015 - AOS Checklist :cry:

04/15/2015 - Response to Checklist

04/17/20015 - New Scan Date

05/15/2015 - Case complete confirmation via phone :)

05/21/2015 - Received case complete confirmation mail :dancing: :dancing::dancing:

we have not yet paid the fees...will pay it after talking to the lawyer.. may be in a couple of days..

does this mean that the next vb would possibly jump to december 2013?

Apr. 07, 2016 - CEAC status touched but still AP.

Apr. 14, 2016 - Emailed USEM asking for update

Apr. 15, 2016 - USEM replied and acknowledge receipt of NBI clearance on Apr. 07.

Apr. 15, 2016 - CEAC status touched but still AP.

Apr. 22, 2016 - CEAC Updated to ISSUED at 02:00PM Manila Time

My Pd is same like you, my wife hasn´t received nothing yet. What do you think? when She could get her letter too. please keep us update with your information.

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.
