MRV receipt not working

Hello,

My husbands family is trying to get tourist visas. It is for 3 people. They have already filled out the B2 application and now they are in the step where they pay the fee at a local bank. The problem is that when they type in the MRV number only 2 MRV numbers go through but for the third person it does not. Do any of you know why that is?

ROC Timeline:

August 22, 2014: Sent I-751

August 25, 2014: NOA1 received

September 5, 2014: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

September 19, 2014: Biometrics Appointment

Are you still having this problem?

I am trying to get my wife's family to the states for when our first child is born.

We submitted applications, made CSC Peru accounts to schedule an appointment at the embassy, but first had to pay the MRV Fee, which they just paid at ScotiaBank. Now i'm back on the CSC site and it keeps saying that the PIN is invalid. What should I do?
