Request for Additional Evidence in I485-

Dear VJ Member,

please help me in composing letter with respond to my RFE- additional I485. i am not good on this and really not on the position hiring a lawyer at this time.
1. uscis request for i 94 with authorization to work but i am the principal immigrant,out of status and B2 only.(my husband include my ncome and filed it in I864A and i paid my 1099 tax as i am self employed but unfortunately was submitted in the form as caregiver.
2. USCIS ask for recent tax return of his son.(we forwarded a I864A from his son but he is not paid on his recent tax and refused to pay this time
3. my hsband did not reach the poverty guidelines
4. Asset requested , (i owned aproperty in US worth 120k and generating money for rental.; he have bulk construction tools and equipment worth 50K including office equipment.
5. another son willing to be joint sponsor (not leaving with us but just started a new job earning $30/hour.

Any answers will be highly appreciated.

Your income cannot be counted since it is not legal. You are not work authorized. You can send in the current appraisal and proof of rental income for your property.

Thank you Belinda63. we unfortunately mistaken including my income and now i am having har time composing a letter to respond to my rfe. will it be helpful if i explain to them on my letter that its onlya mistake to include me my i864a form,and would request for replacement of his son who just started workn, or i have to let im fillup the joint sponsor.

Find another joint sponsor. Your husband's son obviously doesn't qualify.
