what about G 325a and G1145 have you filled these two forms ?

i applied through an attorney and can't remember if she sent those forms.

03/24/15: Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

03/28/15: Hard copy of transfer received in mail

07/02/15: NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) - finally after long wait.

07/13/15: NOA2 (I-130 Approved letter hard copy)

I hope you and all the others who has not got approved receives good news soon and please stay positive as you never know when it will come. We all are together in this and support you all and the other members. If you have a lawyer call him/her to chase it up as that is why you have paid the money. Good luck to you and the rest of family members who has not got approved yet.

I check online for my case update and saw that they have issued RFE in my case.I will get by end of next week what is that RFE is for.

I wanted to know how much time it takes them to process on our case once we responds to RFE .I am sure i forgot G325 form for me and wife.

if it's a G325 than its really not that big of deal, just get it ready and send it back to them as soon as possible.

thanks a lot..for reply but please do clarify if that bonofide is mandatory stuff to submitt..

the bona fide marriage package is the proof of your wedding is real, and what they ask for is, phones calls logs emails, any kind of communication you used with your partner ( skype viber Facebook ) before and after your wedding, wedding photos, if you live together, any lease with your both names on it, gifts receipts, flight tickets when you visited, holidays card ect... just to show them that you've been together for the last 2 years.

but I hope you won't get the bona fide thing, it's such pain, but if you have all the list I just told or most of it, you will be fine :)
