Sup guys, how you all having a great day, unlike me I just got a RFE letter of bona fide marriage as an additional evidence :/ aaaghh I'm so stressed but I gotta handle it really good, can anyone help by ideas how make a solid bona fide case please? except pictures what can I send as a proves as well? thank you so much :)

We sent photos of our wedding, photos of our engagement, time stamped photos leading up to our wedding and time stamped photos after wedding. My little point and shoot camera captures the date and time so we made sure all photos apart from wedding and engagement photos had time stamps. We sent in Valentines day photos and cards, birthday dinner photos, and also copies of hand written letters (yes old school) to each other. Apart from that,what sbai suggested are all good ways to prove bonafide marriage.

ok if you didn't initially send in anything, then I would say that sending in pictures like munafn's examples would be good, along with your other online communications. (my husband did neither of those things though because we had a lot of linked finances)

of course, if you didn't initially send in your marriage certificate, make sure you do that. if you are still nervous, you can always include affidavits from your close family members (parents/siblings) stating that you are married to your spouse etc...and they were present at the marriage.

don't worry about the VB getting current....just take your time and get it right....and read the instructions again on the I-130 to ensure that you included everything that was requested.

Thank You sbai2000, I'm working on it ;) we have plenty of pictures that need to be organized chronically, plenty of facebook history chat, 12 months of calls log, skype history, trips to reflections on my passports, and a letter explaining how we met... it should be enough right?
