Actually some pple said the got there approval in 4 days some 2 days and some 2 weeks soon as the get the rfe. Basically i think is as long as the already got to your file its now upto u.hopefully it wnt be long. This me just being optimistic though and asking questions too

Hi guys, I don't know if it's a good news of not, but we just got a RFE email this morning, sigh :/ after all this time someone is working on my case, can someone explain to me what's the next step?

sorry to ask another time but when i send a service request i got this: Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage is this normal!!!!

I'm not sure, check your informations again, since you are out of the current processing you should be able to place a request...

They said i am on normal processing time because my case number begin with eac means vermont service center and my PD is November 19 and vermont processing time is October so i am normal processing time but since my case was transfered i am out of processing time,

So it is about case number or last action taken on your case.

Please tell me what did you put on these

Buddy I thought you were transfered as me, and what I put is my case was transfered to CSC.

yes my case was transfered from vermont to california on march 24 and received on april 01 but my case number still the same.

Your number won't change, but you should be able to put a request, I suggest you call and ask about and while you are at it, ask for immigration officer to speak to and tell him or her about your case... it might or not speed up a bit your process. Try again and put on last actiontaken " my case was transfered to another... " put the date as well

Sup guys, how you all having a great day, unlike me I just got a RFE letter of bona fide marriage as an additional evidence :/ aaaghh I'm so stressed but I gotta handle it really good, can anyone help by ideas how make a solid bona fide case please? except pictures what can I send as a proves as well? thank you so much

online communications, emails, letters, leases, mortgages, properties, wedding pics, bank accounts, vacation tickets/hotels....anything that shows your "entanglement" with each other both financially and emotionally.
