Hi, guys, congratulations to all who received their approvals!

I have a question? Just checked my case and what I saw "x

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On April 1, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number EAC###########, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

My case was send from VSC to CSC!

But now I don't now what that's it mean?

The case is still in CSC or.......????

Thanks for your help!

I have the same notification on my case status online, but on the hard copy the CSC is written.

Hey guys,

Huge congrats from my side who got approved.

My PD is 03 Oct 2013, F2A - India, Case transferred VSC to CSC on 24 March 2015.

Don't they approved case by date? Do I submit case inquiry on my case?

Answers would be really appreciable. thanks.

Congratulations once again who got approval.

First - congrats on getting case transferred. That is definitely a positive sign.

Second - CSC is approving the transfer cases with great speed. It all depends on which officers get which case. More than likely case loads are divided among many officers which is why some folks with later priority dates get approvals faster.

Also the clarity of the documents are likely to play a large role in how quick a case is approved. Not to say your documents aren't clear, but just that it's possible someone else's case may be delaying yours in line or something.

Sometimes Birth certificates are not correct, name changes, missing documents - any number of things can cause a case to be delayed from approval.

Don't fret, I think your approval should be right around the corner. This is just a suggestion, but give it another week perhaps and see how it goes before submitting a service request. I wanted to desperately call and submit a service request but the patience paid off. I think they are working diligently now. Calling may hurt or may not hurt your case but that's a call you should make. That being said, I am eagerly waiting for everyone's approvals. I still have a ways to go and I know that before I can get my visa, I am cheering for all of you ahead of met and those after me as well to get your visas. The sooner you get yours, the faster I get mine. Hang in there, we are all here to support you!

And congratulations everyone else who received approvals. Sounds like a lot of people got approvals during after business hours (EST) Let's continue to hope for the same the rest of this week and next week!

No. You can keep the NOA2 in your file. It's not needed anymore.
