Interesting thing is that when they started transferring our cases most of us all got emails n text msgs same day .... And it started in morning EST .... And as per munafa he got his case approval notification at night at around 10 PM....

So seems they have already started processing our cases from Monday itself... May be some of us too receive notifications today night .... It's just the anxiousness thats keeps us in suspense when will we get approved..

I thought we will have to wait for 2-3 weeks but since munafa got the approval now the wait is killing me...

November 15 2013 I-130 Received at Chicago Lockbox Facility


November 18 2013 Email from USCIS about Petition Acceptance (PD Nov 15 2013)


November 19 2013 I 797 NOA 1 received by mail


March 24 2015 Received E Mail and Text Notification about Case transfer to another USCIS Office


March 28 2015 Received Hard copy of Transfer Notice from USCIS


March 31 2015 Case Approved by USCIS


April 1 2015 Received Email and Text message for Case Approval


April 4 2015 Received Hard Copy of NOA2 from USCIS

At this rate, Dec 2014 vsc filers can expect the same level of treatment by April 2016 where their cases have high probability of being transferred

hi I see in forum Vietnam the case number EAC1490098578 with PD JAN 23 2014 was approved on MARCH 30 2015

he might be already being processed in California service center and not vermont. Most unfortunate ones are in Vermont

Well i dont know what the fuss is all about the noa2. But as long as the Uscis dont keep you stranded with last minute rfe / things required when your category is already current, there is nothing we can do. We have to just wait and keep praying. This is all black hole

That is not possible coz the receipt number starts with EAC which is for Vermont Filers....He/She must be same transferred like us and he/she got a quick approval.....

maybe they divided the cases to each officer and the dec ones are on other's officers hand maybe.......

Its just a matter of time and a bit Luck....Some one's case is approved faster and some are still lying beneath the files on officer's desk....But we must get decisions within this week for sure......
