Some more good news guys.....NVC has started rolling Interview Letters...Latest is a guy with PD Aug 29 2013 received Interview Letter...So a 4 week movement is fixed now....Lets see how many more get Interviews...This time NVC started earlier...Today its just 25 and people started receiving Interviews.....I hope it goes to Oct 2013....

My PD is 18 Feb 2014 and Country India,I didnt receive transfer mail but i checked USCIS case status and it showed it is transferred on 24 March 2015.

I forgot to ask do you know where they have transferred your case? If you would like to know call the uscis generic number and enter your receipt number it will then will tell you where your case is transferred. Please let us know once you found out.
