Haha... Don't think it's going to happen bro.

But the way things are at the moment, I expect about 7 weeks movement because someone with September 26th 2013 PD was sent an email by NVC that his case is about to be current and that he should go ahead and pay the fees.

What do u mean by they have given you an access to choose agent and pay for IV fees?

I

When your PD is about to be current like mine that is 30th Sept 2013, You are able to start NVC process, choose Agent.pay AOS fee,IV fee.I already did this week,and NVC send me 2 email regarding it.

My PD is 26-Sep-2013 and chose the agent and paid AOS fee only and was not able to see IV fee

Hopefully Next VB comes with Big move

If someone have PD in between August and September 2013 that got a interview letter or email, please share with us so we will know exactly the next VB-F2A should be.

My PD 16thSeptember2103, I already got the email from NVC to pre-processing my case!

Yes... I confirmed from December 2013 forum here on VJ... and NVC mailed them to start payment

My PD is also Jan 28, 2014 but no approval yet makes me very sad.

VB cutoff is determined by the last day that a person will receive an interview letter for a particular month. From reading through the forum, for last month people got their interview letters all the way up to June18th (probably later than that date) but the cut off became the 22nd. The best way to predict next months VB is by monitoring on here who has case complete plus those who receive their interview letters (first 10 days of the month generally)

I have seen folks with December priority date and CSC receiving the option to pay AOS and IV fees. That's a good sign but it can also take upto 6 weeks to reach case complete which might indicate that in the next 2 visa bulletins, certain December filers may receive an interview letter. This is all assuming there will be a big jump in the VB. I'm a Jan 2014 filer so I can only hope and pray that is the case. This wait has been so long just like many others and I for one am more than happy to see this journey end as quick as possible
