AOS Filing fees

Good Morning,

Trying to confirm the filing fees for a friend of mine. She has been married to the same US Citizen spouse the last 3 years. They are now ready to start their Adjustment process for Wife and 2 children ages 15 and 20.

Per Applicant:

I-130 = $420

AOS packet fees = $1070

Are those the only fees paid to complete the process..?

Yep, that looks correct for each person. Someone else may correct the I-130 fees.

You failed to provide the type of visa your friend is adjusting from.....

Additionally, in my previous response there is a USCIS link to their fee schedule.
