Please help ! Feb 3rd RFE response sent- Still no status update after response

We have sent the RFE response 9 days ago ( Feb 3rd ) and there is no status update yet on the USCIS website. Should I call and talk to someone or it is something normal ? I read that so many people were complaining about this. is there a way to make sure they got our response ??

Did you get delivery tracking to show that the RFE was successfully delivered to USCIS?

I think my fiancee has a receipt it was a regular mail. can that be useful ?

Not especially, since all that would show is that you mailed it, not that it was delivered (if you didn't use a courier with tracking information available).

You should always, always, always use delivery confirmation when sending anything to USCIS.

That being said, it's too early to assume anything bad has happened just yet. Give it a month and see what happens. The online case status is notoriously unreliable, and may or may not change to "RFE Response Review" even if they received it. After a month, start making phonecalls.

I wish I knew about this before, waiting is not the problem, but I'm so worried because the delay they gave us will expire on Feb 24, I have no idea what to do now.. what if they didn't get it and the time they gave us will be over ??

If they don't receive your RFE response by the time they gave you (usually 87 days I think), or your response was inadequate, then it's usually a straight denial.
