Just when I thought I had all my ducks in a row I read about the I-130!!!!! Do we need this for a K1 visa then AOS. (We are now married and applying for AOS. So do I need this 130 in my packet??????)

You don't need an I-130 as long as you married your petitioner within 90 days of PoE.
