Had my interview Jan. 30th . Everything went great . He said approved gave me my letter and said I should receive my passport within 2 weeks ! Ceac changed to non immigrate visa on Feb 3rd and ap on the 4th . Status updated date has changed 3 times. Still not ISSUED :-( . Getting very stressed . Is anyone else in the same boat that had an interview in the last 3 or 4 weeks because no one on VJ who has had an interview in Montreal since Jan. 15th has posted that they received their visa back yet . Just wondering if that update on ceac website on Feb.1st has anything to do with this AP

The usvisa website was updated, and when I got back home from Montreal, I went on there and found that I had to re-register my email and they reset my password. Now, I don't know what CEAC does, mine has shown issued since I left Montreal and I haven't checked yet today. If you were given a letter, I don't think I would worry too much about AP. You are K1, so it may be slightly different than me, but I would check that usvisa site and make sure you are registered on the new site.

Also, there is some contact info on the back of that letter that may help. I have been in touch with another VJ member who has been waiting since just after you, and this member JUST got an email last night from Loomis. I wouldn't worry too much about CEAC, as sometimes it takes them a while to update it (I have read this on other posts).

Hope this helps. :)

Hi guys,

I am in the same boat. I had to re-register to usvisa website, since it has been updated recently.

My visa was approved and CEAC status has been showing "ISSUED" since few days ago. But the message is saying it is in administrative processing! I have not received waybill number yet, and I am still waiting...

Do you guys have similar situations?

Thanks for your help...

No waybill number for me too . My ceac says ISSUED but no waybill number yet . I called the DHL and the girl told me there has been a few glitches in the new ceac website since the upgrade . DHL people told me to wait a few more days and they will email me a message when they get the package from embassey. My interview was 14 days ago still no visa in hand !!! And you know what sucks ? Monday is a holiday so they are closed LOL . So it will be delayed even more !
