Tracking US VISA - Kenya -- Information not available??

Hello,

First time poster but been reading from a long time.

My wife was approved for the US Visa on February 5th and was told to track the passport online @ https://usvisa-info.com/en-ke/

It says on the paper that it will take approximately one week before the DHL will have her passport ready to pickup.

She has been tracking online and the only information it says is "There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time."

Can any one know help us on what else can be done here to ensure that nothing is being missed from our side? It has been one week already and no there has been updates. We called the DHL and the Embassy but no help.

Appreciate any help.

just be patient , it can take up to 3 weeks to get your passport back.

The only input i see online is There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time

Update: Still have not received the passport yet. We tried emailing them and were told we should get it by 2/20 (its 2/21 today)

Just playing the waiting game.

Hey guys,

Need some advice. It has been 21 days since my wife was approved of the visa - still no passport?? She tried calling and emailing but not real help. Any ideas?
