Hi karinacruzz,

I am PD July 22, 2013. How do know your application has been touched? Can you please share the link to CEAC site?

Hi, you go to ceac.state.gov and "check my visa application status" and enter your case number. :)

This is an aproximate timeline, I tried to complete it trough the e-mails I still have, I don't know why I couldn't find all of them...

10/08/2013 - I-130 Approved- NOA2



(F)NVC Stage:



11/18/2013 - Received Case Number & IIN by E-Mail


11/18/2013- AOS fee bil generated & paid


11/19/2013- DS-261 generated & filled


11/24/2013 - IV Packet fee bill generated & paid


12/04/2013 - DS-260 filled & submitted online


12/07/2013 - AOS and IV Packet sent together


01/31/2014 - Received AOS Checklist


02/26/2014 - Received AOS Checklist (this time they asked me to take it to the interview)


02/26/2014 - Together with the cheklist they wrote that they had finished reviewing my case, so this is my CASE COMPLETE DATE.


03/04/2014 - CASE COMPLETE E-MAIL


04/01/2014 - Interview Letter received


05/08/2014 - Interview date (received the green slip 221g form)


06/09/2014 - Submitted documents required in form 221g


06/10/2014 - CEAC status changed to "Ready"


06/13/2014 - Received e-mail saying I have to wait until Priority Date becomes current again for visa to be issued.


05/19/2015 - Interview date


05/22/2015 - Passport arrived


05/31/2015 - Arrived at the USA

I was wondering how to find out the date touched? When I checked the status in CEAC it indicates At NVC. There is no date listed. I am checking following URL.

probably because NVC hasnt started processing yet... when i check mine it says is ready for interview when scheduled and right above:

Case Creation Date: 07-Nov-2013 Status Updated Date: 24-Feb-2015

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Mine says : at NVC, so I guess your interview will be scheduled this month since you're getting a different message . Keep us posted good luck !

she is category F2A and she priority date is july 11 2013

I just called nvc For my cousin got interview date on April 21. pd June 22,2014. Nvc state they have finished scheduling for interview and everyone should get interview letter within next week ..fyi hold times is an hour ...

I dont think so, it has been showing this same status since retrogression... the only thing is that from time to time they update the last date checked...
